PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website.

Ordering

You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. Satchel Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payment(s) made for such order.

Changes

It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact the satchelart.com customer service at contact at satchelart.com within 24 hours placing the order.

Color Matching

You acknowledge and understand that colors may vary slightly in person than from your computer or mobile screen. We are not responsible for this common color variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colors on the final product. For jewelry, due to the nature of all metals and gemstones, small variations in size, shape and color may occur and may not be exact as image shown.

Payment

Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge or other failure to submit pre-payment, Satchel Art shall have the right to cancel the order or, if already shipped, to seek payment and hold customer responsible for any and all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, as well as to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from Satchel Art California locations. All others submitted from other State, Sales and Use Tax should be paid by the Consumer, where required by law.

Personal Data

All information submitted by you in connection with any order is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Customs

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges from Satchel Art to customer include packaging, handling and insurance. Customer is liable for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address details given by Customer on order. Customers are liable for any shipping cost associated with replacements of damaged artwork/merchandise caused by customer or caused by third party contracted by customer.

Changes to shipping address supplied must be given in writing by the customer by submitting request to contact at satchelart.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Changes must be confirmed by Satchel Art customer service department to be effective.

To enhance convenience of storage and transportation, all artworks exceeding the dimensions of 8 x 10" will be divided into multiple sections and shaped as separate canvases, or shipped as a rolled canvas. All artworks are high quality digital prints of the original painting onto premium canvas, unless specified as Original. This allows for easy handling and storage for you. Dividing the artwork into multiple canvases offers you flexibility to arrange and display the piece according to your preference. Each canvas section will be clearly marked for easy alignment. The canvases will be carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transit, minimizing the risk of any damage or deterioration. You will be responsible for mounting the canvases together upon receipt. You can choose to hang the canvases together or separately for a unique aesthetic. Please refer to the product description or message contact at satchelart.com for precise dimensions and the number of canvases included with each artwork.

Custom and duties

Customs are subject to regulations and laws of individual countries. All international customers are responsible for all international fees, customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees for all packages shipped to their country. Orders cannot be canceled, refused or returned because of custom duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the order if the shipment is returned back to Satchel Art due to custom issues.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the type of product and destination. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Shipments within USA:

Jewelry: allow 1-3 weeks for delivery
Wall Art: allow 4-6 weeks for delivery
Tech Products: allow 3-6 weeks for delivery

International shipments:

Delivery time depends on the type of product and destination.

Note: we may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

Damages to shipment

If the package shows sign of damage it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery and ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged due to delivery. Please keep the original packaging, including the box or crate and Contact us at contact at satchelart.com within 24 hours of delivery to file the Claim. Submit in writing a copy of order receipt, the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review.

Returns – Refunds

All sales are final. Returns are not available for items or art unless a defect in materials or manufacturing has been noticed within 30 days of receipt. Contact contact at satchelart.com to initiate the return and replacement of the product.

Art: Special orders such as Original’s, Limited editions, Framed art, or any custom orders are final sales, Special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Jewelry: Jewelry can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Contact contact at satchelart.com prior Jewelry return. Jewelry purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. No refund will be issued on returned jewelry.

Merchandise: We are unable to accept returns for Apparel, Calendars and final sale items and any shrink-wrapped items that have been opened. Once purchased, Apparel, Calendars and final sale items and any shrink-wrapped items, that have been opened cannot be refunded.

Contact contact at satchelart.com within 24 hours of receipt if there is a defect in manufacturing to initiate the return.

All orders and transactions also are subject to the satchelart.com Terms of Use policy, including, but not limited to, the limitations on damages and exclusions of warranties set forth therein.

The Terms of Use also include provisions for arbitration of disputes and other important terms you should review. Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our Sites and Apps. No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service. SatchelArt.com is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fire, explosion, flood, severe weather, epidemic, riots, civil disturbance, unavailability of labor or transportation or any other similar or dissimilar cause. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any prints or other products you order from us. To the extent allowed by law, SatchelArt.com liability for any claim relating to any product purchased from us is the amount you paid for the product.
